The Chess Pedestal was inspired by a past time in which grand houses would be adorned with items and busts made for such attention. Today we have transformed the grand pedestal into a simpler and more sophisticated piece, which doesn’t seek to be seen, but instead gives all the attention to the decor set atop. The Chess Pedestal can be used to house a variety of items including sculptures, flower arrangements, lamps, and other small decor items. Great places to set pedestals are within large entryways, corners of dining or living rooms and as a focal point along accent walls. Please note that this product uses natural materials and differences in color and pattern should be expected.
