Description
Flat discs of terracotta encircle a wrought iron spine on this table lamp designed by Ian Thornton. The rustic feel of this natural material, still discernible after the finish has been applied, means it has a heavy dose of texture. The table lamp is topped with a light natural linen shade held in place by a matching terracotta finial. Introducing added character are the visible satin black hardware contrasting the pale elements and the columnar body narrowing slightly to create an implied base.
