Description
Set of vintage silverplate salt and pepper shakers from the Shaw Savill Line, a British shipping company active from 1939 to 1980 with routes to Australia and New Zealand. Bearing the classic cruise line crest and ship-service weight, these pieces reflect the elegant, durable design typical of mid-century ocean liner dining. A rare find for collectors of maritime or travel history ephemera. Engraved logo, the tarnish is polished out of the logo on one, but they are a original pair.
